Requirements

• Proven Expertise: You are a licensed professional with demonstrated experience as a hairdresser.
• Specialized Skills: You have a specific talent for and experience with professional blow-outs and haircuts tailored for our clients, including sensitivity to their unique needs and comfort.
• Strong Interpersonal Skills: You possess exceptional communication skills and a warm, patient, and professional demeanor. You have a knack for building rapport and making clients feel comfortable and valued.
• Reliability: You are dependable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
• Flexibility: As this is a part-time role, you have the flexibility to manage your schedule and build your business within the club's needs.
• Licensing: You hold a valid and current Florida Cosmetology or Barber license.

Responsibilities

• Offer a comprehensive range of professional hair services to our members, with a specialized focus on expert blowouts and precision haircuts tailored to our established clientele.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with members, understanding their individual needs and preferences to deliver a customized and exceptional experience with every appointment.
• Manage your own appointments and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workstation. You will be responsible for a seamless service experience from consultation to completion.
• Actively promote your services within the club to build a consistent and loyal clientele. Your success will be directly tied to your skill and your ability to foster positive relationships.
