ISMIRA Agency actively recruiting for position (SPA) MASSAGE THERAPIST & HAIRDRESSER for Scylla AG! As a Spa Therapist & Hairdresser, you create a serene and welcoming environment for our guests, combining professional massage and hair treatments with attentive guest care. Your versatility and empathy enhance the onboard experience, while supporting the Spa, Fitness, and Housekeeping teams as needed. Requirements

Preferably experience in the river cruise business.
Outstanding skills and experience in this role with strong customer focus.
Outstanding verbal and non-verbal communication, listening skills and empathy.
Guest focused, stress resistant, calm under the pressure, resilient and team player with positive approach
Professional attitude and appearance, reliable and hard-working with great team spirit
Being representative of Scylla´s values.
Age: min. 18 years old
Non-EU nationals will need D type German visa before joining

Responsibilities

Assisting guests on embarkation day to escort them to their cabin and help with luggage.
Cleaning 6-8 staterooms during changing day in compliance with Scylla standards and hygienic guidelines.
Cleaning the SPA and hairdresser area incl. Fitness room daily, and minimum 1 general cleaning per week.
Responsible for all sun deck to refill towels and blankets several times a day if needed.
Cleaning the messroom area in the morning, refill the fridges after crew breakfast.
Responsible for all massage and hair treatments in compliance to company standards.
Assisting housekeeping during the day with cabin cleaning if necessary in compliance with company standards and hygienic guidelines.
Check and refill the fitness room (towels, water, etc.) several times a day
Assists with "Turn-down" service on a daily base.
Reporting technical defects in the SPA area, Fitness or Hair salon to the reception.
Assistance in the laundry min. for 3 hours if there is no appointment.
Adherence to cleanliness and hygienic regulations in compliance with HACCP regulations and Scylla standards.
Taking care of the welcome towels after excursions and assist with early riser breakfasts.
After a thorough training, depending on the tour operator, you also give yoga, stretching and Pilates classes to our sporty guests at specific moments during every trip.
Compliance with the waste concept.
