Responsible for monitoring all facets of Hōkūao including, ensuring compliance with established house rules, etc. Conducts all entrance, exit and annual inspections, generate service requests as needed and follow up. Works with the community to enhance the quality of life for tenants in Hōkūao. Responsible for the management of Community Center, as well as coordination of the maintenance of the facility. Serves as liaison with the maintenance, leasing, landscaping and security department. Responsible for communicating with tenants in Hōkūao via email, texts, newsletters or direct mailings.
