Position Overview: Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced Gynecology (GYN) Consultant to provide inpatient and limited outpatient services at Kingsboro Psychiatric Center. Requirements

Education: MD/DO with OB/GYN specialization
Licensure: Active New York State medical license
Certification: Board Certification/Eligibility in OB/GYN (preferred)
Experience: Experience working with psychiatric or medically complex populations is a plus.
Technical requirements: Strong documentation, communication, and clinical assessment skills.
Ability to comply with all OMH regulatory, credentialing, and training requirements.

Responsibilities

Complete credentialing and privileging per Kingsboro MSO guidelines.
Provide 8 hours/month of on-site out-patient clinic services (4 hours every other week).
Perform gynecological procedures, including: Endometrial biopsy PAP smear Incision & drainage of abscess Suturing of lacerations IUD insertion and removal Aspiration of breast cysts/masses Pessary insertion
Engage in direct communication with medical clinic personnel and scheduled patients.
Conduct consultations with referring prescribers as clinically indicated.
Generate clear, detailed consult reports consistent with Kingsboro PC documentation standards.
Participate in required Kingsboro PC trainings.
Perform other duties as needed to comply with federal and state regulations
