We are seeking a dedicated Gynecologist (OB/GYN) Physician to join our team at Nevada Regional Medical Center, a rural, community-focused hospital serving a population of approximately 20,000. This position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive women’s health and obstetrical care while making a meaningful impact in an underserved rural community. About the Practice · Comprehensive gynecology and obstetrics care · Prenatal, delivery, postpartum, and newborn care · Routine and complex gynecologic procedures · Shared call coverage for obstetrical services · Opportunity to build and grow an established patient panel · Collaborative care environment with experienced nursing staff Hospital & Community · 71-bed rural hospital · Obstetric services provided locally · Deliveries performed on-site · Next closest delivering facility located over 60 miles away · Emergency Department and inpatient services available for support · Ideal setting for physicians who value continuity of care and community relationships Clinical Support & Resources · Dedicated OB/GYN nursing team · Surgical and anesthesia services available · On-call specialty coverage (not 24/7) · Strong transfer relationships for higher levels of maternal or neonatal care · Collaborative medical staff and supportive administration Qualifications · MD or DO, eligible for Missouri medical licensure · Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology · Obstetrics and gynecology training and delivery experience required · NRP, ACLS, and BLS certifications required (or willingness to obtain) · Comfortable practicing in a rural setting with broad scope of care Compensation & Benefits · Competitive salary aligned with scope of practice · Relocation assistance available · Position may qualify for HRSA loan repayment · NRMC provides malpractice insurance · CME allowance and professional development support · Supportive leadership and collaborative medical staff Why Join Us?
