About The Position

JOB SUMMARY: Full time position for Board certified or Board eligible generalist Obstetrician-Gynecologist providing outpatient Ob/Gyn services. Provider will work as part of a collaborative model Ob/Gyn practice.

Requirements

• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills in reference to team members and patients
• M.D. or D.O.degree
• Evidence of graduation from approved Ob/Gyn Residency Program
• Current licensure from State of Maryland
• Current DEA & CDS licenses
• Ability to be insured for malpractice insurance
• Have skill and experience in both outpatient and inpatient obstetrical care
• Have skill and experience in both outpatient and inpatient gynecologic care

Responsibilities

• Participate in Departmental initiatives and quality care projects as appropriate.
• Participate in Organizational initiatives and quality care projects as appropriate.
• Provide a collaborative resource for certified nurse midwives working in the Department.
• Provide a collaborative resource for non-Ob/Gyn providers working in the Department.
• Provide appropriate outpatient care for patients needing obstetrical and gynecologic care.
