About The Position

The Chester Family YMCA is currently seeking part time responsible individuals to oversee gymnasium services and activities. We are looking for candidates who are available to work weekend mornings. This part time position starts at $13 per hour. Requirements

• use a computer, telephone and related business equipment
• communicate effectively with others
• at least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• overall gymnasium services
• special projects as assigned
• gymnasium maintenance
• inventory of equipment
• set-up and breakdown of events
• Maintaining surveillance during games, activities, and member participation
• facilitating seating and set up for gym rental, as necessary
• build and maintain positive relationships with members and staff
