About The Position

YMCA at Northwest is Now Hiring for Gym Facilities Monitor
Position Type: Part-time
Pay Range starts at $13 per hour (or more depending on experience)

Do you love creating safe and welcoming spaces for others? The YMCA of Middle TN is looking for a Gym Facilities Monitor to ensure our facilities are safe, clean, and enjoyable for members and guests.
As a Gym Facilities Monitor , you’ll oversee activity areas like the gym, urban trail, and aquatic spaces while keeping an eye on restricted zones. You’ll also help with light cleaning, equipment checks, and building relationships with members to create a positive atmosphere.

Requirements

• Minimum Age: 18
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• Enthusiasm for helping others and keeping things safe
• New Hire Orientation training before your first shift
• CPR Pro/AED/First Aid within 30 days of hire

Responsibilities
