About The Little Gym The Little Gym is a global leader in children’s enrichment, serving kids ages 4 months–12 years through fun, structured, movement-based programs that build confidence, skills, and joy. The Little Gym of Middleton has been independently owned and operated since 2004, and we’re now focused on rapidly growing our new Sun Prairie location. Compensation $55,000–$60,000 base salary, plus performance-based bonuses tied directly to membership growth and revenue. High performers have clear upside as the gym scales. The Role This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for the overall success and growth of the gym. You’ll teach classes, lead a team, engage with families, and be the face of The Little Gym in the Sun Prairie community. Why This Role is Different This is not a “keep the lights on” position. The primary goal is growth- quickly and sustainably. If you love meeting people, building something from momentum and seeing the direct results of your effort, this role will feel incredibly rewarding.

Requirements

  • Strong communicator with kids and parents
  • Comfortable with sales and growth accountability
  • Leadership or management experience in a people-focused role
  • Organized, energetic, and action-oriented
  • Well-connected in Sun Prairie (or motivated to become quickly)
  • Available some evenings (ending by 7 PM) and weekends
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and spot children safely
  • Comfortable with continuous physical activity

Responsibilities

  • Teach classes and model high-quality instruction
  • Lead, train, and motivate staff
  • Drive enrollments, retention, and customer experience
  • Confidently guide families through intro visits and enrollment
  • Build local partnerships and community connections
  • Support local marketing events and outreach
  • Oversee daily operations and facility standards
