About The Little Gym The Little Gym is a global leader in children’s enrichment, serving kids ages 4 months–12 years through fun, structured, movement-based programs that build confidence, skills, and joy. The Little Gym of Middleton has been independently owned and operated since 2004, and we’re now focused on rapidly growing our new Sun Prairie location. Compensation $55,000–$60,000 base salary, plus performance-based bonuses tied directly to membership growth and revenue. High performers have upside as the gym scales. The Role This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for the overall success and growth of the gym. You’ll teach classes, lead a team, engage with families, and be the face of The Little Gym in the Sun Prairie community. Why This Role is Different This is not a “keep the lights on” position. Programs offer children a Springboard to Life’s Adventures by using movement-based learning and imaginative play to help build the confidence and skills needed at each stage of childhood. For over 40 years, our trained instructors have nurtured happy, confident kids through parent/child classes, gymnastics, dance and sports prep, plus enjoyable extras like camps, Parentsʼ Survival Nights and Awesome Birthday Bash parties. As a part of The Little Gym team, you will be part of a family dedicated to the growth and development of children all over the globe.
