As our Repair Tech (Guitar), you will perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist in the maintenance of specific store inventory, continually building and increasing the business through great customer experience and quality work. Successful Repair Technicians demonstrate Customer Focus by understanding customer service principles, providing excellent customer experience, and connecting with customers in a meaningful way. They are approachable, genuine, knowledgeable, encouraging, passionate, and committed to helping customers, and able to handle customer service issues. They show Initiative by identifying opportunities & issues, following through on work activities to capitalize or resolve them, learning quickly, taking positive action without being requested, and developing knowledge and skills including product, store operations, sales, and leadership. They are also skilled in Selling, able to work through the GC certification program to gain a base understanding of products and sales techniques, and in Training, able to effectively train learners and communicate information and techniques so that they are retained.
