About The Position
Guidewire ClaimCenter Configuration Lead Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Strong experience in Guidewire ClaimCenter development with at least 2 projects worked as a Configurator/ Configuration Lead Strong experience in Guidewire integration and configuration (SME-level knowledge) Provide solutions to Guidewire Cloud Upgrade remediation / optimization backlog items Must have Guidewire Associate certification Knowledge of Guidewire Cloud concepts in must Strong P&C Insurance Domain knowledge with a focus on Claims Knowledge of Claims Financials is preferred Adaptable & Flexible in working under changing and different work environment Must have excellent written and oral communication skills coupled with excellent presentation skills Ability to be cross-functional across work streams Experience in Agile Roles & Responsibilities Understanding & elaborating the user-stories Develop and test Guidewire Cloud Upgrade remediation / optimization backlog items Configure / Customize ClaimCenter Application Quick Resolving of issues Coaching, leading, monitoring, mentoring, and supporting team members Review of code and participate in code reviews Generic Managerial Skills, If any Should have Excellent written and Oral Communication Skills Attitude to learn new items quickly Proven ability to work with changing priorities Lead from the Front, Proactive and "get-the-job" done attitude Good in Stakeholder management, Situational awareness & Conflict resolution, Continual improvement, Empowerment and Transparency TCS Employee Benefits Summary: Discretionary Annual Incentive. - Strong experience in Guidewire ClaimCenter development with at least 2 projects worked as a Configurator/ Configuration Lead
- Strong experience in Guidewire integration and configuration (SME-level knowledge)
- Provide solutions to Guidewire Cloud Upgrade remediation / optimization backlog items
- Must have Guidewire Associate certification
