About The Position

Our Property & Casualty Insurance team is seeking an experienced Guidewire Integration Lead Analyst to spearhead client engagements and deliver seamless, high-quality solutions. This position is located in the client office in Webster, MA. Your future duties and responsibilities: . Extensive domain expertise in Property & Casualty Insurance, enabling accurate analysis of customer business needs. . Comprehensive knowledge of multiple Guidewire Centers and their integration mechanisms. . Proficient in Guidewire Product Architecture and Integrations across ClaimCenter, PolicyCenter, and BillingCenter. . Strong stakeholder engagement capabilities, collaborating with Configuration, Integration, Middleware, and Legacy teams to resolve issues. . Hands-on experience with integration technologies, including Integration View, REST API, and Edge API publishing/consumption. . Expertise in integrating legacy applications with Guidewire solutions. . Demonstrated business judgment, leadership, and integrity, with a decisive and responsible approach to problem-solving. . Ability to operate within a global delivery model, serving as a liaison between clients and development teams across geographies. . Experienced in Agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe) and adept at managing multiple stakeholder environments in fast-paced settings.

Requirements

  • 10 – 12 years of experience in delivering wide range of technology solution across Insurance Industry
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in leading large Guidewire implementations
  • In-depth expertise in Guidewire integration mechanism and patterns, cloud capabilities etc.
  • Guidewire PolicyCenter Integration, Edge and REST APIs
  • Experience working on Java, DBMS, Cloud, Integrations (Web Services, Message Queues, Service Bus), DevOps, Web/Mobile developments using Angular/React etc.
  • Management tools like Confluence, Jira, Rally, HP ALM
  • Microsoft Office suite, Visio etc.
  • GOSU, Core Java, J2EE, Web Services, OOTB Plug-ins, performance monitoring, and tuning.
