About The Position

As a lead systems engineer for the Guidance Program, you’ll lead a cross functional team responsible for design and development of Test Equipment for the Guidance System of the Trident II D5LE2 Ballistic Missile. Following our GDMS Leadership Expectations, you'll work with your team to design equipment that is used to support and test the next iteration of the Missile Guidance System. Requirements

  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Software or Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, Technology or Mathematics field (Computer Science or Computer Systems Engineering preferred).
  • Also requires 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience.
  • Department of Defense Secret security clearance is obtainable within a reasonable amount of time after hire.
  • Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
  • Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
