About The Position

As a Guest Transportation Driver, you’ll be a critical first point of contact, setting the tone for a guest’s entire Vermejo experience. This role requires exceptional service skills, a safety-first mindset, and a deep appreciation for hospitality. You will also be responsible for: Safely transporting guests between designated airports and Vermejo in company vehicles. Delivering excellent guest service by assisting with luggage, answering questions, and providing a warm welcome. Monitoring and maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and upkeep of transportation vehicles. Tracking weather and road conditions to ensure timely and safe travel adjustments. Coordinating with Guest Services and Reservations teams regarding guest itineraries and transportation logistics. Conducting pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections; report any mechanical issues promptly. Supporting the guest check-in/check-out process, including property tours and departure scheduling. Scheduling and confirming guest activities, spa appointments, meal reservations, and excursions. Handling guest feedback professionally and resolving concerns in a timely manner. Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Outstanding interpersonal and customer service abilities.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • This position primarily requires operation of a company vehicle. Due to commercial auto insurance coverage requirements, candidates must be over the age of 25, possess a valid driver’s license or be able to obtain one within 30 days of employment, and have a driving record which meets the standards and requirements of the Company and the Company’s insurance provider.
  • You’ll need to present documentation establishing both identity and employment authorization within three days of hire pursuant to federal law.
