About The Position

We are currently looking for a Team Lead to help oversee a Ropes Course in our Portland, ME location! The schedule varies between nights, holiday and weekends. Leading, motivating, and developing your team Greeting and assisting guests Answering questions regarding film content, ratings, and show times Selling tickets utilizing ticketing equipment Handling cash and credit cards accurately Serving food and drinks Maintaining cleanliness of concession stand and theater Assisting with coordinating the schedules and activities of Guest Service Representatives Providing courteous service/assistance to store and theatre visitors Here’s what skills we need you to bring... Requirements
