About The Position

We are currently looking for a Team Lead to help oversee a Ropes Course in our Portland, ME location! The schedule varies between nights, holiday and weekends. Requirements

Be able to lead and mentor a team and be a role model
Ability to apply a high level of courtesy and professionalism to all guests in person and over the phone
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to speak in front of a large audience
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Must be 18 years or older

Nice To Haves

6 months - 1 year of related experience preferred

Responsibilities

Leading, motivating, and developing your team
Greeting and assisting guests
Answering questions regarding film content, ratings, and show times
Selling tickets utilizing ticketing equipment
Handling cash and credit cards accurately
Serving food and drinks
Maintaining cleanliness of concession stand and theater
Assisting with coordinating the schedules and activities of Guest Service Representatives
Providing courteous service/assistance to store and theatre visitors
