About The Position
The Guest Services position at The Hub plays an important role in providing efficient and productive operations while also providing excellent customer service at all times.
Requirements
- Some high school education with experience in food handling, preparation and sales preferred.
- Must be at least 16 years of age by May 15, 2026.
- Food Safety Certification training preferred; willingness to obtain within first 2 weeks of employment.

Responsibilities
- Operate concessions including: setting up, preparing and serving food, and processing cash and/or credit transactions.
- Monitor the spray ground and check in guests.
- Perform cleaning duties and responsibilities inside and outside the Hub facility.
- Clean and distribute mini golf and batting cage equipment.
