Guest Service Supervisor Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the front office management team while providing courteous and efficient service to all guests. You will be a resource for the many questions our guests may have and ensure customer satisfaction prior to arrival and throughout their stay. As part of our leadership team, you’ll embody our Promise to Lead with Love guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. Your professionalism and helpful attitude will set the tone for a positive overall impression of the Kalahari.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2 to 3 years progressive experience in a hotel, resort, or related field.
  • Proficient in Windows software, be able to convey information and ideas clearly, be able to work well in high pressure situations and maintain composure
  • A leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times.
  • Assign rooms, make keys, view and make notes in the guest’s folio and handle payments.
  • Complete and ensure that a proper bucket check, room rate verification report, and housekeeping report have been accurately done and filed as well as daily front office checklists.
