About The Position

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Directs workers engaged in taking tickets at the entrance of the facility, seating guests, monitoring door entrances and exits and keeping unauthorized persons out of restricted areas. Conduct on-the-job training for new employees. Oversee the handling of all needs for guests with disabilities including ticketing, entrance/exiting, seating, and overall, ADA compliance. Conducts frequent inspections of the front of house area of the facility, ensuring that all areas are clean, safe, and secure. Review reports or logs on all incidents and related activities for submittal to the Security Manager. Frequently evaluates the performance of all guest services personnel assigned under Lead's jurisdiction. Perform other tasks as assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities: Responsibility includes training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • 1 year of guest services experience in a similar venue
  • Good leadership and communication skills necessary
  • Knowledge of radio communication equipment
  • Appearance must be clean and neat in appearance.
  • Ability to walk freely up and down steps.
  • Ability to speak and understand English.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
