About The Position

A dynamic and detail-oriented Guest Services Specialist at Galleria Dallas is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience and acting as a knowledgeable resource for all visitors. Requirements

  • Personal: A customer-focused, high-energy, and upbeat personality with a passion for delivering outstanding service. You should be positive, professional, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high sense of urgency. The ideal candidate is also initiative-driven, self-motivated, thorough, and detail-oriented.
  • Technical: Strong competence in computer operating systems and internal software programs.
  • Communication: Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
  • Physical: The ability to stand for extended periods, walk long distances, and lift up to 40 pounds.
  • Availability: Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, mid-day, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Greet guests with a welcoming smile and enthusiasm, stay attentive with guests throughout the process, and be prepared to provide immediate assistance. This also includes walking guests to their destinations, assisting with complimentary strollers and wheelchairs, and providing accurate directions to guests.
  • Events & Administration: Assist with VIP events and coordinate party room bookings, including setup and hosting. Maintain a strong competence in computer operating systems, including our internal software program, and enter all details electronically, confirming with guests.
  • Operations & Logistics: Deliver guest purchases to designated pickup points and handle luggage and baggage storage.
