The Guest Services Representative ensures a friendly and receptive environment for guests and performs administrative functions for the sales department by accurately recording customer traffic and producing reports with critical sales process metrics. This role has no direct supervisory responsibilities. Key duties include performing opening and closing Guest Services procedures, courteously answering and directing incoming phone calls, taking accurate messages, and guiding customers to the appropriate personnel or department. The representative is also responsible for managing various logs (desk, phone up, loaner agreement, dealer plate, gas card), tracking and filtering calls, communicating with the Guest Services Manager and Greeters, reconciling data with dealership software, and producing daily reports. Additionally, the role involves walking the showroom to offer refreshments, maintaining a positive environment for guests and teammates, assisting with facility cleanliness, providing new hire Customer Management training when requested, maintaining CSI standards, ensuring an organized and safe work area, participating in required training, and accurately recording hours worked.
