SUMMARY The Guest Services Receptionist screens/directs incoming phone calls to appropriate staff/departments, greets and answers questions from clients, visitors and staff, and completes daily and as-needed administrative tasks.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- One or more years receptionist, customer service or administrative/office experience required, preferably in a long term care setting.
