About The Position
Guest Services team members will play a key role in creating a welcoming and organized experience for community members and visitors. This part-time role focuses on parking management, traffic flow, and hospitality support during high-traffic times and events.
Requirements
- Friendly, approachable, and service-oriented demeanor.
- Ability to remain calm and organized in busy environments.
- Comfortable with outdoor work and operating a golf cart.
- Team player with good communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Direct vehicles and manage traffic flow in designated parking areas.
- Operate a golf cart to shuttle guests from overflow parking.
- Provide assistance and directions to community members and visitors.
- Collaborate with Facility Assistants, Hospitality, and Parking teams.
- Support Friday (Jumuah) operations and announcements as needed.
