The Guest Services Manager is responsible for the overall successful daily operation and performance of the Guest Service Department at the Wyndham Bloomington - Mall of America Hotel. This role involves managing and motivating Front Office personnel, overseeing daily operations, participating in budget preparation and monitoring, and ensuring adherence to service and productivity standards to provide full guest satisfaction. The manager will also be involved in developing plans to increase occupancy and average daily rate (ADR), handling emergency communications, and ensuring prompt and professional guest service.
