About The Position

The Guest Services Coordinator serves as the primary visitation representative for hospital patients, providing empathy and support to patients and their families. This role involves proactively addressing any concerns that arise, encouraging teamwork, building positive relationships, and cultivating a supportive patient care environment.

Requirements

  • Ability to read and communicate in the English language
  • 3 – 5 years of prior customer service experience
  • People-oriented, personable, friendly person who is able to work with everyone
  • Must be organized
  • Able to do multiple tasks
  • Be flexible
  • Able to travel among the hospital sites

Nice To Haves

  • High School graduate or equivalent
  • College experience or higher education
