Guest Service Coordinators are responsible for providing outstanding service to both internal and external customers as well as maintaining the reception and refreshment area within Sales Gallery organized. You will support our Sales and Marketing departments by handling policies and qualifications while processing multiple offices by assigning agents with guests for Hilton Grand Vacations vacation ownership sales presentations. The ability to multi-task with a smile, be a great teammate, and be proficient in different systems are critical to this position. Here's why you'll love it here! Schedule Details: Our Sales Gallery operates 7 days a week. Coordinators work a full-time schedule of varying shifts between the hours of 6:30AM to 6:30PM.
