The Guest Services Concierge contributes to a great patient experience by providing non-medical care. This role provides a warm, welcoming first impression by assisting all patients and visitors entering the department. They facilitate continuous communication with patients, families, team members, and Access Care Staff to improve and expedite patient and family-centered care. The Concierge will recognize potential crisis situations, advocate for security involvement when needed, and act as a liaison between guests and clinical team members. This front-facing role is ideal for entry-level administrative (non-clinical) professionals passionate about customer service in a healthcare setting.
