Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of customer service or hospitality experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-traffic environments

- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide directions or event information
- Assist with crowd flow and guest navigation
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns professionally
- Monitor assigned areas to ensure safety and organization
- Support event staff and escalate issues as needed
