Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests and coworkers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software related to reservations and guest management.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
  • Manage reservations, including booking, modifying, and canceling as needed.
  • Answer guest inquiries regarding hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Handle and resolve guest complaints or issues in a professional manner.
  • Maintain knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate information to guests
