About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and friendly Guest Services Associate to join our team and become the welcoming face of our establishment. As a Guest Services Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring their experience is memorable from the moment they arrive until their departure.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests effectively.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in basic computer operations and familiar with reservation software is an advantage.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Check guests in and out of their accommodations using the reservation system.
  • Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about the facility and local attractions.
  • Handle guest complaints with professionalism and empathy, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest rooms are clean and in good order.
  • Process payment transactions securely and accurately during check-out.
