The guest services associate’s responsibilities include processing tickets, merchandise, membership sales, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining the ticket counter and gift shop. It is the Guest Services Associate’s responsibility to carry out the strategic plan for sales, and daily operations set by the Director of Guest Services and the Guest Services Manager.
