About The Position

The Guest Services department is dedicated to the highest standard of excellence in guest satisfaction. This is a part time position.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of five years of customer service experience is preferred.
  • Possess excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work with privileged information and handle a high degree of confidentiality.
  • Ability to address guest questions with total concentration, patience, and helpfulness.
  • Possess efficient and effective problem solving/troubleshooting skills.
  • Possess a professional appearance and demeanor to interact with the public.
  • Familiar with Green Bay’s dining and entertainment options.
  • Proficient with Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams, Outlook, and use of the internet.
  • Flexibility with hours and coverage in different areas of the department (including home gamedays, special events, possible weekends/nights/holidays).
  • Ability to work independently and in a teamwork environment.
  • Ability to sit, walk, and stand for extended periods of time throughout the day.
  • Ability to remain in a stationary position for periods of time.
  • Capacity to focus on projects for periods of time.
  • Operates in a professional office environment.
  • Role routinely uses standard office equipment.
  • Occasionally lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
  • Some travel between buildings is required.

Nice To Haves

  • CPR and First Aid training are recommended.

Responsibilities

  • Delivers an excellent guest experience to all guests – internal and external.
  • Ensures a legendary guest/visitor check-in process.
  • Provides The Packers Way level of hospitality when directing/assisting all guests.
  • Possesses a working knowledge and understanding of the department to support all areas of Guest Services including Atrium, administrative, reception/switchboard and Titletown Tech desks.
  • Directs and assists Clinic 1265 scheduled appointments at the administrative office lobby.
  • Coordinates and manages gameday incident logs and confirms follow up for reporting.
  • Champions the coordination of department tasks/projects for targeted completion.
  • Reports survey responses and metrics.
  • Assists with everyday logistics and preparations including gameday and other stadium events.
  • Provides internal staff with accurate information about Lambeau Field and the Lambeau Field Atrium offerings through knowledge of (gameday and non-gameday) rules, policies, and operations.
  • Assists security, housekeeping, and other departments by communicating any operations issues.
  • Assists with emergency procedures, first aid and medical as needed and as directed by Packers Security.
  • Assists with other projects and responsibilities as needed.
