About The Position

Step into a leadership role at Anakeesta as a Guest Service Assistant Manager, supporting the Guest Services team in delivering exceptional experiences to every visitor. You’ll help oversee daily operations, lead and mentor team members, and ensure guests receive world-class service in our scenic mountaintop park.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in guest service, hospitality, or theme park operations; supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership, effective written and verbal communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and call center technology.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and seasonal peaks.
  • Passion for creating memorable guest experiences and maintaining high standards of service.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Operations Manager in leading the Guest Services teams to include supervisors, guest service agents, and call center agents.
  • Promote a positive culture within the department leading through example.
  • Provide in-the-moment coaching/training to team members to achieve efficient and effective operations, guest service, general standards, and teamwork.
  • Assist with employee hiring and counseling.
  • Create and maintain schedules within the department and verify timesheets.
  • Address guest concerns, complaints, and escalations professionally and promptly.
  • Collaborate with other departments to maintain seamless operations and support park initiatives.
  • Monitor team performance and help implement improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
  • Assist in monitoring labor budgets to ensure labor goals are consistently met.
  • Answer and manage phone calls and emails with a proactive and professional approach to both written and verbal communication.
  • Assist in maintaining adequate back stock levels for all products, ensuring proper organization and upkeep.
