About The Position

The Guest Services Ambassador serves as the first point of contact at Stripe facilities, creating exceptional first impressions while providing professional, personalized service to employees and visitors. This role represents both JLL and Stripe, embodying the company's culture and values through every interaction. You will ensure a welcoming, secure, and well-managed reception area while supporting workplace operations and enhancing the overall workplace experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that values exceptional service and attention to detail.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in reception, hospitality, or customer service roles
  • Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Customer service orientation with ability to anticipate needs and maintain composure in high-pressure situations
  • Basic computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with visitor management systems
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in corporate reception or high-end hospitality environments, particularly within technology companies
  • Knowledge of multiple languages relevant to office location
  • Experience with event or meeting coordination and facilities operations
  • First aid/CPR certification or security awareness training
  • Experience with Google Suite and Envoy
  • Background in concierge services or customer experience roles.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and greet all visitors, employees, and vendors in a professional and hospitable manner
  • Manage visitor registration process using appropriate technology systems and coordinate with security to ensure compliance with access control protocols
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls via the reception console while notifying employees of visitor arrivals
  • Manage inbound deliveries, coordinate distribution with mail services team, and maintain reception area supplies
  • Support meeting room management including basic troubleshooting of audiovisual equipment and assist with catering coordination
  • Monitor reception and lobby areas to ensure cleanliness and professional appearance
  • Respond to general inquiries, provide directions, and document workplace issues through appropriate service request channels.
