Guest Service Agents are responsible for a wide variety of public-facing initiatives geared towards facilitating and enhancing the overall guest experience. These initiatives include: guest welcome and ticketing operations, parking, souvenir photo, and general guest experience operations including sharing information on Museum events and programs, Las Vegas Downtown events, restaurants, entertainment, etc. Guest Service Agents may be assigned to some or all of such initiatives.
