About The Position

Guest Service Agents are the face of the hotel as they are often the first people guests interact with upon arrival. A Guest Service Agent is responsible for accommodating all guests and their various needs. Join Our Team as a Guest Service Agent! As a Guest Service Agent, you’ll be the first impression our guests have of our hotel, ensuring they feel comfortable, cared for, and excited to stay with us.

Requirements

High school diploma (or equivalent).
At least 1 year of customer service experience; hospitality experience is a plus.
The ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong English communication skills, both with guests and teammates.
Computer-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn reservation and POS systems.
A team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Greet every guest with a warm smile and make their arrival memorable, following the 5/10 rule.
Check guests in and out efficiently, assign rooms, process payments, and assist with reservations or cancellations.
Add a touch of magic by arranging special services, such as calling a cab, offering directions, or setting up a surprise for a guest’s celebration.
Handle guest concerns with patience and a positive, solution-oriented approach.
Always look professional maintain your uniform, appearance, and nametag.
Stay organized and ensure accurate documentation, including guest accounts, payments, and personal details.
Be a team player step in where needed to ensure a smooth guest experience.
Keep your workspace tidy and report any safety concerns promptly.
Bring your fun, friendly attitude to every interaction, with both guests and teammates!
