Requirements

  • Operate multi-line phone systems, responding promptly to calls and directing them as necessary.
  • Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest services and satisfaction.
  • Assist with reservations, cancellations, and modifications while providing personalized service to guests.
  • Uphold high standards of phone etiquette when communicating with guests over the phone.
