We are currently seeking a talented Guest Services & Admissions Coordinator who is passionate about hospitality and creating positive experiences for residents, guests, and families. The Guest Services & Admissions Coordinator is responsible for coordinating hospitality services for guests and residents while assisting the Admissions team with new resident admissions. This position plays a key role in ensuring a welcoming, supportive, and positive experience for residents, families, and visitors. The coordinator works closely with interdisciplinary team members to address concerns, improve service quality, and ensure smooth transitions for new residents. The role requires strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills to maintain a high standard of hospitality and service excellence.
