Under the leadership of the Director, Patient Registration, the Guest Service Technician is an active member of the Patient Registration team that delivers patient registration services and support that is consistent with the strategic vision, goals, philosophy, and direction of Patient Registration and CRHS. The Guest Service Technician greets patients and family while registering patients entering the hospital through Outpatient and Emergency Departments. The Technician ensures all relevant patient information is collected and distributed to the appropriate departments to facilitate the delivery of timely care and accurate billing.
