About The Position

Come join our award-winning team as a Guest Service Representative at the Tru by Hilton in Clearfield. This position is part-time, approximately 24 hours/week, with shifts on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday from 3pm-11pm. Hilton and the Woodbury Group prioritize your safety at work, adhering to Hilton brand standards and maintaining a "clean stay" environment for both guests and associates. Requirements

Customer service experience is required (1+ year)
Exceptional customer service skills
Basic computer skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must present self in a professional manner regarding dress and grooming

Responsibilities

Responsible for greeting and serving all guests in a courteous and professional manner
Organize, confirm, process, and conduct guest check-ins/check-outs
Ensure the safety and security of our guests and associates
