Help guests choose the perfect cake, ensure orders go off without a hitch, and create an atmosphere of generosity, happiness, and joy in our community. As a Joy Creator, you’ll: Sweeten every guest interaction and make each bakery visit unforgettable. Play party planner by guiding guests to the perfect cake for their celebrations. Keep our bakery running smoothly, ensuring every order is accurate and on time. As a Key Holder, you’ll also: Open and close the bakery responsibly. Support management in maintaining daily operations. Help train and lead team members during shifts.
