About The Position

Andaz Maui at Wailea is the first resort for the Andaz brand. Situated on Maui's premier southwestern coastline, the 15-acre beachfront resort will be located along Mokapu Beach in Wailea, one of the most sought after leisure and resort destinations in the world. The luxury resort community of Wailea includes a 1.2 mile-long oceanfront beach path connecting five crescent-shaped, golden-sand beaches, a premier shopping center and distinguished restaurants. The Guest Services Center Agent is an essential member of the hotel team. The host is responsible for ensuring that all guest related calls are handled in a professional and expeditious manner. The host will take spa and restaurant reservations for the resort's facilities and dispatching all guest requests to the appropriate hotel department. The GSC agent will support the Revenue hosts and activity partners in all guest related communications. The GSC agent will be responsible for the daily communication with the hotel on VIP arrivals, special requests, and daily activities. Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Schedule flexibility required, must be able to work variable shifts on any day of the week (full days include early mornings, mid-day, afternoons, evenings, overnights, weekends and holidays)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with HotSOS, OPERA, Book4Time, OpenTable, RESERVE, MICROS, and Microsoft Office preferred
