Guest Service Attendant
About The Position
Come work for us! We’re currently seeking a Guest Service Attendant. HOW YOU WILL SHINE: Promptly acknowledge customers in person and on the phone Promote special offers or programs Stock lobby merchandise and refreshments and keep all customer areas clean Thank every customer and answer questions about services and procedures Complete tasks associated with location cleanliness such as sweeping, mopping, cleaning windows, and/or completing minor landscaping work as directed by management Follow all Mister Car Wash safety procedures and policies, including employee appearance guidelines GUEST SERVICES ATTENDANTS: Are friendly and outgoing Build relationships with customers Stay positive and energetic Work hard and enjoy being financially rewarded for outstanding performance Enjoy being active, on their feet, and outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions Able to stand, squat, kneel, sit, walk up and down stairs, and remain mobile for long hours Able to lift 50 lbs. to the waist, 25 lbs. to the chest, and 15 lbs. above the head Have prior experience in sales, retail, hospitality, and/or customer service (preferred but not required)

- Able to lift 50 lbs. to the waist, 25 lbs. to the chest, and 15 lbs. above the head
