About The Position

Eau Claire Golf & Country Club is pleased to offer a seasonal, part-time opportunity for a Guest Services Attendant in the Bag Room. This role supports the golf operations team by assisting members and guests and contributing to a welcoming and well-organized golf environment. We are currently hiring, with anticipated start dates between mid-April and mid-May based on seasonal scheduling.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow direction and work as part of a team.
• Basic communication and customer service skills.
• Dependable availability during the golf season.
• Interest in supporting a high-quality member experience.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. to waist height.
• Ability to bend, kneel, and stoop as needed during assigned tasks.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to use basic computer systems as required.
• Ability to safely operate a golf cart.
• Normal vision and hearing required.

Responsibilities

• Assists members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Works closely with the golf operations team to support daily service needs.
• Learns and follows Club policies and procedures with guidance from supervisors.
• Completes assigned tasks based on daily priorities and instructions.
• Maintains a neat and professional appearance.
• Assists with preparing golf carts and equipment for member and guest use.
• Supports general cleanliness and organization of cart, bag, and practice areas.
• Helps maintain driving range and short-game areas based on scheduled needs.
• Communicates questions or concerns to supervisors when appropriate.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
