About The Position

Grande Oaks Golf Club is seeking a Guest Service Attendant! Qualified candidates
will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing
superior service.

Summary:
The Guest Service Attendant is responsible for delivering high-quality customer
service to members and guests, managing the cart fleet, and maintaining the
driving range and bag room areas. Key tasks include greeting players, cleaning
and staging golf carts, assisting with golf bags, and ensuring the practice
facilities are fully stocked.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the overall upkeep of the clubhouse, cart storage area and parking lot
• Provide sincere and courteous service to all guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaning
• Maintain the cart staging area in a neat and orderly fashion, including the podium and bag drop area
• Maintain the cart storage area and cart wash down area in a neat, clean and orderly condition
• Prepare golf carts for play following the standards of Troon
• Assist in educating players regarding course policy, current cart policy, speed of play and so forth
• Assist players by changing their golf spikes if needed
• Maintain accurate records of golfers renting clubs
• Service customers who are renting golf clubs and clean rental clubs upon return
• Clean golfers' clubs upon completion of play
• Incorporate safe work practices in job performance
• Perform other duties as required
