We are seeking a Guest Experience & Sales Associate with a passion for the med spa industry, beauty, and wellness. This is an exciting role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, luxury environment and loves building relationships that translate into client loyalty and sales success. You'll be the first point of contact for guests, creating a seamless and welcoming experience, while also driving revenue through education, promotions, and personalized service.

Requirements

  • Passion for beauty, aesthetics, and wellness-experience in the med spa or luxury hospitality industry preferred.
  • Sales-driven mindset with proven ability to meet or exceed goals.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; polished, professional presence.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable supporting guest engagement through digital tools and social platforms.
  • A team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide warm, professional, and high-touch customer service to every guest.
  • Educate clients about spa treatments, memberships, and promotions to increase sales and retention.
  • Pre-book and encourage repeat visits, nurturing long-term guest relationships.
  • Manage appointments and reservations to ensure a smooth guest flow.
  • Support social media initiatives by helping highlight promotions, services, and client experiences.
  • Collaborate with the Spa Manager and team to meet and exceed sales and performance goals.
  • Maintain a luxury-level spa environment by ensuring spaces are clean, organized, and guest-ready.
