THE JOB Allianz Amphitheater is seeking Guest Service Ambassadors to serve as the front line of the guest experience. This role is responsible for providing accurate information, resolving concerns, and ensuring every fan feels welcomed, supported, and valued throughout their visit. This is a part-time, seasonal position that requires evening availability on weekday and weekend events.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability and sound judgment
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-volume environments
  • Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
  • Attention to detail and accountability
  • Ability to work events occuring on weekdays and weekends in the evening

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist guests in a friendly, professional manner
  • Provide accurate information about venue policies, amenities, seating, accessibility, and event details
  • Respond to and resolve guest concerns with empathy and sound judgment
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
  • Support ancillary and premium offerings when appropriate
  • Maintain clear records of guest interactions and incident reports
  • Collect found items
  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Security, Box Office, and Production teams
  • Uphold safety protocols and venue policies at all times
