THE JOB The Ancillary Team Member plays a key role in enhancing the guest experience while driving additional revenue opportunities across the venue. This position supports premium offerings, merchandise, upgrades, and other value-add programs that elevate the fan journey from arrival to encore.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Availability on nights on both weekdays and weekends
  • Strong communication skills
  • Confident, solution-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable handling transactions and cash procedures
  • Positive energy and team-first attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced live event environment
  • Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time in various types of weather conditions

Responsibilities

  • Engage guests in a friendly and knowledgeable manner
  • Promote and execute ancillary programs (upgrades, add-ons, premium experiences, etc.)
  • Support merchandising or specialty sales areas as assigned
  • Assist with set-up, inventory tracking, and end-of-night reconciliation
  • Maintain clean, organized work areas
  • Collaborate with box office, guest services, and operations teams
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction
