About The Position

We're looking for a friendly and reliable Front Desk Agent to join our team! You'll be the first point of contact for guests-creating a welcoming experience while managing check-ins, guest requests, and front desk operations.

Requirements

  • Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible schedule (weekends/holidays required)
  • Ability to stand for extended periods

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and provide fast, friendly check-in/check-out
  • Answer phones and assist with reservations and questions
  • Handle guest requests and resolve concerns professionally
  • Promote hotel amenities and upsell when appropriate
  • Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
